These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Baba Living website and services. By accessing our site, you agree to comply with the following:
1. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, natural variations in wood and craftsmanship may result in slight differences between photos and the final product.
2. Custom Orders
All custom furniture orders require a design approval process and full or partial payment before production. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Payments
Prices are in MYR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed only after full payment or a deposit has been received.
4. Delivery & Delays
Estimated delivery times will be communicated during order placement. While we strive to deliver within the given timeframe, unforeseen delays due to production or logistics may occur.
5. Warranty & Claims
All furniture is covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Claims must be made with proof of purchase and photos within the warranty period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, photos, and product designs, is the property of Baba Living and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
